Meet Dr. Aleksander Pecherek

Dr. Aleksander Pecherek
Dr. Aleksander Pecherek is the Director of Regenerative Medicine at Dream Regen and brings a comprehensive approach to regenerative medicine, musculoskeletal health, performance, and longevity. His clinical philosophy is shaped by advanced medical training as well as firsthand experience as an athlete and patient.
A former semi-professional rugby player and competitive martial artist, Dr. Pecherek understands the physical demands of an active lifestyle and the challenges that can come with injury, pain, and rehabilitation. These experiences have strengthened his commitment to helping patients return to the activities, goals, and quality of life that matter most to them.
His approach is straightforward: every patient is different, and every treatment plan should be individualized. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach, Dr. Pecherek takes the time to understand each patient’s condition, lifestyle, goals, previous treatments, and desired outcomes.
From there, he focuses on providing thoughtful evaluation, honest clinical guidance, and personalized treatment strategies. When appropriate, care may incorporate regenerative medicine, interventional spine procedures, sports medicine, performance-focused care, and other evidence-informed approaches.
His goal is simple: to help patients move better, perform better, remain independent, and continue doing the things they love.

After earning his medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM), Dr. Aleksander Pecherek completed residency training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation followed by advanced fellowship training in Interventional Spine & Sports Medicine through a North American Spine Society (NASS)-recognized fellowship. His training provides a strong foundation in comprehensive, evidence-based care for spine, sports, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Experience & Leadership
Dr. Aleksander Pecherek also serves as a Ringside Physician for the Florida Athletic Commission, providing care in the demanding environment of competitive combat sports. His experience with athletes has shaped his understanding of injury, recovery, performance, and the demands placed on the body. A lifelong student of medicine, Dr. Peaches embraces innovation while balancing it with evidence, clinical experience, appropriate patient selection, and honest conversations about treatment.

Dr. Teresa Rogers, MD
Board-Certified Physician | Functional Medicine, Wellness & Aesthetics
Dr. Teresa Rogers is a board-certified physician with more than 20 years of experience in family medicine, functional medicine, aesthetics, and wellness. Her approach to medicine has always centered on looking beyond symptoms to better understand the whole person and helping patients take a more proactive role in how they feel, function, and age.
For more than two decades, Dr. Rogers has practiced family medicine while building and growing Rogers Medical, Ltd., caring for patients and families through every stage of life. Her experience in primary care gave her a firsthand understanding of the connection between metabolic health, hormones, lifestyle, nutrition, aging, and overall well-being.
Over time, that experience fueled her interest in functional medicine and a more comprehensive approach to health. At Dream Regen, she brings together her traditional medical experience with her interests in functional medicine, regenerative modalities, aesthetics, recovery, wellness, and emerging technologies. Her philosophy remains simple: understand the individual first, then build the plan around them.
Hobbies
Dr. Rogers loves spending time in her garden, which she has transformed into a haven for butterflies and hummingbirds. She also enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and reconnecting with nature.
Fun Fact
Dr. Rogers is a lifelong animal lover. Many of the dogs that have become part of her family were rescues that she personally helped rehabilitate.

Khrystyna Palamarchuk
Khrystyna brings a unique perspective to Dream Regen because her journey began on the other side of the patient experience. After struggling with cystic acne for much of her life, she first discovered the world of aesthetics as a patient of Dream Med Spa. Experiencing firsthand how the right treatments, technology, and team could impact both confidence and quality of life sparked a passion that ultimately changed the direction of her career.
Khrystyna joined the Dream Med Spa team in 2021, bringing her background in marketing together with her personal experience as a patient. Since then, she has played an integral role in growing the Dream brand, shaping its identity, and creating an experience that helps patients feel informed, comfortable, and supported from their very first interaction.
Today, as Director of Marketing & Patient Experience at Dream Regen, Khrystyna helps bring the vision behind the brand to life. From how patients discover Dream Regen to how they understand its technologies, treatments, and regenerative approach, she is passionate about making innovative wellness feel approachable and personal.
Her own journey has shaped the way she thinks about patient care: people aren’t simply looking for a treatment they’re looking for someone to understand what they’re struggling with and help them find the right path forward. Whether she’s developing the Dream Regen brand, improving the patient experience, or speaking directly with someone beginning their journey, Khrystyna’s goal is to make sure every person who walks through the doors feels heard, educated, and genuinely cared for.

Khrystyna enjoys aesthetics, design, decorating, and creating beautiful spaces.
Fun Fact
Khrystyna moved to the U.S. from Ukraine at age 10 and speaks Ukrainian and Russian fluently.
Peter Rogers
Peter Rogers is the Manager of Dream Regen, overseeing day-to-day operations, patient experience, business development, and the continued growth of the practice.
For Peter, regenerative wellness is more than a business interest—it has been a significant part of his own journey. Years of training and competing have given him firsthand experience with injuries and recovery, leading him to explore regenerative and restorative approaches.
That experience drives his commitment to understanding the patient journey from both sides. Peter believes in experiencing the technologies and modalities Dream Regen offers whenever appropriate and in practicing what he preaches.
At Dream Regen, Peter works closely with the medical team to research new technologies, develop services, build industry partnerships, improve operations, and create an experience that makes advanced regenerative and wellness treatments easier for patients to understand and navigate.
His goal is to help build Dream Regen around a straightforward philosophy: experienced medical professionals, innovative technology, and a patient-first approach under one roof.
Hobbies
Triathlons, tennis, golf, jiu-jitsu, and fitness training are among Peter’s favorite activities.

The team jokes that although Peter is the Manager, he is also one of Dream Regen’s most frequent patients.
Weronika Balon
With nearly a decade of experience in the medical and aesthetic space, Weronika brings an extensive background in patient care, aesthetics, laser treatments, and day-to-day practice operations to Dream Regen.
Weronika has spent years working directly with patients across both the medical and aesthetic sides of the Dream family. Her experience has given her a strong understanding of the patient journey—from the first conversation and consultation to treatment, follow-up, and long-term care.
At Dream Regen, Weronika serves as a Patient Care Coordinator, helping patients understand their options, navigate their treatment plans, and feel comfortable throughout their experience. As a Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician, she also brings years of hands-on treatment experience and a practical understanding of aesthetic technologies and patient care.
Patients know Weronika for being straightforward, personable, and always willing to help. She is fluent in Polish and is happy to assist Polish-speaking patients throughout their experience at Dream Regen.
Hobbies
Weronika enjoys horseback riding, beekeeping, and caring for her animals on the farm.
Fun Fact
Weronika owns a farm and has cared for as many as six horses at a time.
Yaryna Pavliuk
Yaryna is a Licensed Esthetician and graduate of the New Age Spa Institute in Des Plaines, Illinois. At Dream Regen, she combines her passion for aesthetics with innovative regenerative technologies to help clients look, feel, and perform at their best.
As a Regenerative Aesthetician, Yaryna works with advanced aesthetic and regenerative modalities, including shockwave therapy, laser skin treatments, and other technology-based treatments offered at Dream Regen. She is passionate about creating a comfortable, personalized experience while helping each client work toward their individual aesthetic and wellness goals.
Hobbies
Yaryna loves traveling and discovering new cities and countries. Spain is her favorite destination so far, with Iceland next on her list.
Fun Fact
Before pursuing aesthetics, Yaryna earned her CDL and drove a semi-truck alongside her husband as a team driver.
